Nong's Khao Man Gui

Nong’s Khao Man Gai was founded by Nong from Bangkok, Thailand. She moved to the U.S. with $70 and two suitcases, and opened up her food truck. They also sell bottled Nong Khao Man Gai sauce. Nong started out only serving one dish but she serves it really well.
