Bite into Maine was founded in 2011 by two people. They wanted to serve a variety of lobster rolls and use only fresh lobster from Maine. They also make their own mayonnaise right in their truck. Bite into Maine’s fresh lobster rolls have won awards and have been rated as one of the top 10 food trucks in the United States!
